The Signed charter between large producers (boat carriers & Commercials) RSA pledges to cover the After Sales Service for the makes, AREA, ATLAS EURO & SATELLITE during 7 years following the date of the item leaving the factory. But for most of the time, the parts and many trailers shown in this catalogue cover a superior anteriority. Also, many of the componants being part of the normal production of the large suppliers, many RSA references can efficiently repair other makes of model. Nevertheless, if one could produce certain parts by plan or model for other older trailers (in this case, please consult us), the rapid evolution of the normes in this sector would sometimes prevent the making of the essential components.

Dans le bon de commande, il suffit d'indiquer votre code client (5 chiffres), votre raison sociale et de remplir les colonnes "référence", "libellé simplifié", ainsi que le mode de transport choisi et de l'envoyer par mail ou par fax au Service SAV . |

Vous pouvez aussi adresser votre commande à notre service SAV. Le bon de commande doit alors comporter votre nom, votre adresse de livraison (et votre adresse de facturation si différente). Vous devez y renseigner complètement et précisément le coût du transport (calcul simple à partir du tarif, des quantités commandées et des classes de transport).
Vous devez aussi choisir le mode de règlement : chèque à la commande ou contre-remboursement (surcoût suivant transporteur)
Un forfait de 6.50 €. H.T. pour frais administratifs de préparation et d'expédition est à ajouter aux commandes inférieures à 60 €. |
